A fantastic project with Montreal gestropreneur Joey Ghazal, who created this restaurant as homage to the immortal charm of the Maine state in the USA. Opened in a loading dock at the far edge of Dubai's coastline, has since become the leading brasserie company in the region and famous for its fresh oysters and seafood. 

Our challenge was to fully understand Joey's vision, source and supply design elements translating his idea of teleporting the iconic coastal New England style to the Middle East. One of the highlights of this project was identifying manufactures capable of producing unusual design elements. One example being a series of bespoke chandeliers made by hand from Capiz shells.
