KOJO is a twist on the Japanese word, Kōjō, which means plant. KOJO kitchens are World-inspired with Asian influence, starting with Rice Paper Rolls from the Vietnamese cuisine, ranging to Japanese style Broths and Sushi.

The challenge was to source and recommend unique and bespoke items, including biodegradable, compostable packaging. From uniforms to fabrics and FSC-certified wood, each product has a sustainability story behind it, to complement this concept of a plant-based, sustainable lifestyle.
