Restaurant project with visionary restauranteur Kurt Zdesar, the man behind well-respected eateries such as Nobu and Ping Pong. Located in the heart of London's vibrant Soho and designed by Andy Martin Architects, this restaurant very quickly became a benchmark for all fusion restaurants in the UK.
Our challenge was to understand the specific characteristics of Nikkei cuisine, combining Peruvian and Japanese influences to translate them into OS&E tabletop and open kitchen equipment.
