This marks the debut of Chotto Matte's first West Coast restaurant, expanding its global presence from locations in the United Kingdom, Miami, and the Middle East. Chotto Matte is renowned for its Nikkei cuisine, a fusion of late 19th-century Japanese diaspora and Peruvian culinary traditions.
