Our first restaurant project with a visionary restauranteur Kurt Zdesar, the man behind well respected eateries such as Nobu and Ping Pong. Located in the heart of London's vibrant Soho and designed by Andy Martin Architects this restaurant very quickly became a benchmark for all fusion restaurants in the UK.
Our challenge was to understand the specific characteristics of Nikkei cuisine combining Peruvian and Japanese influences to translate them into OS&E tabletop and open kitchen equipment.
